Location
All games will be played at Moss Wright Park in Goodlettsville or Drakes Creek Park in Hendersonville. These two complexes, located ten minutes apart, are approximately 15-20 minutes north of Nashville. Within minutes of our fields are numerous hotels, shopping malls, golf courses, antique shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all types. In addition, both parks have two mile walking trails, playgrounds, and picnic areas for family to enjoy between games.

Please note we HIGHLY RECOMMEND each participating team to book rooms with one of our Adidas TN Cup of Champions partner hotels. We strive to negotiate the best prices at the top properties in the area and cancellations policies to protect our participants.
T3 Travel is an accredited travel agency that is a source for youth sports organizations, coaches, team managers, and parents who are looking for housing accommodations for host events and team travel to an upcoming event.
Competition and Formats
We will accept Boys teams in the Under 9 through Under 18 age groups, and Girls teams in the Under 9 through Under 14 age groups.
We will offer 6v6 for U9's, 6v6 and 8v8 for U10's, 8v8 for U11's, 8v8 or 11v11 for U12's, and 11v11 for U13's and up. We take great strides to bracket teams according to their ability level by providing Gold, Silver and Bronze divisions in most age groups.

Tournament Fees
6v6 (U9 and U10) $395 per team
8v8 (U10 playing 8v8, U11 and U12) $450 per team
11v11 (U13 and above) $495 per team

Paperwork Requirements
Each team must provide the following at tournament check-in:
- Laminated Player Card with picture for each player.>
- (5) copies of State Association approved roster (no more than 3 guest players per team) With players uniform numbers listed on the roster.
- Permission to Travel Form (If applicable)
Check in Procedure
Check-in will take place on Friday, September 24th from 5 pm till 8 pm and on Saturday, September 25th from 6:30 am till 10:30 am. Unless notified otherwise by the tournament committee, all boys’ teams should check in at Moss Wright Park in Goodlettsville and all girls’ teams should check in at Drakes Creek Park in Hendersonville. Teams must complete check in no later than one hour prior to their first game. For late check-in or for special arrangements, teams must make arrangements in advance with Jim Carr at jcarr@tnunited.com
Teams must bring all the paperwork outlined in the paperwork requirements section outlined above to check-in.

** Dogs are not allowed in the soccer field areas of either park.
Awards
Awards will presented to 1st and 2nd place teams in each division (ex. Girls U12 Gold 8v8).
Awards will be presented at the end of the last game scheduled in a division.
Vendors and Concessions
We have vendors selling barbeque, burgers, gourmet coffee, Chick-Fil-A a, ribs, snow cones, as well as various soccer and clothing vendors. If you are interested in becoming an approved tournament vendor please contact our tournament staff (tusccupinfo@gmail.com) for additional information including city fees and agreements and other requirements.
Tourney T-Shirts and Sweatshirts
Customized t-shirts and sweatshirts will be available on-site for purchase. We will have all sizes and various colors for you to choose from.

NOTE: OUR TOURNAMENT SANCTIONING DOES NOT ALLOW FOR U8 TEAMS AND U8 PLAYERS TO COMPETE IN THIS EVENT.
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE BORN ON OR BEFORE 7/31/2002 TO PARTICIPATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
See TN Soccer Policy 11. Player Registration, item A-8 outlines the ruling. As our tournament is sanctioned by the Tennessee State Soccer Association all teams entering our tournament must abide by TSSA policies and guidelines concerning player eligibility.
